At Aquarium Co-Op, we want you to dive into your new wardrobe with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing of your refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
